120 Unregistered Domain Names With Keyword Search Volume

I've got nothing against brandable domain names but I prefer investing in keyword domains that have search volume backing them up. I don't purchase a domain unless I have a development idea in mind and there is a measurable market for it. Now if I could just find the time to put those ideas into action.

I sent an email list out on Saturday containing over 350 available domain names. I'm including statistics in the email lists now courtesy of Estibot.com. If you missed that one make sure you sign up in time to receive the next one which will be going out soon.

The following domain names have recently expired and were available for hand registration at the time of this post. Nearly all of them return monthly search volume on their keywords according to the Google Adwords Tool.

High Quality .ORG Domain Names Are Dropping Every Day

Has anybody else noticed the number of quality .org domain names that have been dropping lately? I'm not talking about paying $60 to drop catchers either. I'm talking expired .org domains that are coming out the other side and available for hand registration fees.

I've seen a lot of debate about the merits of the .org extension. Many question whether you should develop commercial sites on them. I get all that but when I see a highly competitive, exact match keyword available in a top level domain extension I'm jumping on it, especially at registration fee. I've regged several in the past few days. Sites built on .org domains will rank if built properly and at these prices you can compete for keyword phrases that would cost you thousands to acquire the .com.

109 Recently Expired Domain Names Now Available For Registration

Have a look at today's list of recently expired domain names that are now available for registration. Some of these came from my reserve lists but a majority of them have expired in the past few days. There's more geo domains that usual, particularly geo service and medical domains.

I've been working with a handful of investors over the past few years by helping them build their portfolios with quality hand registrations at low acquisition costs. I'd like to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who visits the Available Domain Names Blog. I really enjoy putting these lists together and am very thankful and surprised that I've gained so much by giving things away. 98 Keyword Domain Names Available for Hand Registration

I'm a stats guy so before we get to today's list of available domain names I'd like to go over the results from Wednesday, November 18th's list. Overall, 75 of the 97 domains listed have been registered which is 77%. 62 of the domains in the list were .com, of which 53 (85%) have been registered. The other 35 domains were .net and 22 (63%) of them have been registered. I'm thinking about linking the listed domains through the Godaddy affiliate program as an additional means of monetizing this blog. I know many other domainer blogs have done this but I'm not sure how effective it is. Guess I'll just have to find out for myself.
