Monday’s Top Picks From NameJet Pre-Release Domains 5-21-12

In the short time since I've started posting the NameJet Pre-Release lists it's become obvious to me that the overall quality of domains in their inventory is significantly better than those available in the Godaddy expired domain auctions. The obvious downside is the $59 minimum price tag is almost three times the amount of Godaddy's.

$59 is still a great price for many of the Namejet domains, especially if your primary clients are end users. If your working capital is tight you have to beware of the auction lock period on domains won at Namejet.com. I believe it lasts 60 days (I might be a little off) and during that time you can't transfer or push the domains to other accounts. I personally find it frustrating to have to wait a couple months before I can begin marketing domains that I've acquired there.

Godaddy Expired Domains | Godaddy Closeout Domains

196 .COM Keyword Godaddy Closeout Domain Names

I've got 196 keyword domains that are in Godaddy closeout status and are available for "buy it now" purchase. I've been monitoring these domains over the past 5 days or so. These listings are first come, first serve so once the buy it now option is executed, they disappear. These domains range in price from $11 all the way down to $5 with a 1 year renewal fee added at checkout. The renewal fee can be lowered to approx $8.50 using various Godaddy coupon codes including the one listed below. The $5 listings begin ending on Saturday at 11am EST but the others will slowly drop in price over the next few days until they're either bought or reach $5 and end.

If you click a link and the listing doesn't appear than it has already been purchased by someone else or the listing has ended.

The Pre-Release lineup at Namejet is worth checking out today. First up, a nice 4 letter, pronounceable .com, Loob.com is on the auction blocks. CyberMusic.com sounds so 1999 but I still thinks it's a good domain worth looking into.

My Top 97 NameJet Pre-Release Domains For 5-19-12

I've got a pretty good Namejet list for you today although it doesn't compare favorably to yesterday's list. There were a ton of geo service domains to pick through, mainly in the architect and carpentry categories. I scrapped most of them except for the larger metropolitan areas.

SportsTopics.com is my favorite in the list but that's mostly based off the topic and not necessarily it's commercial value. I'd enjoy building an authority site on that one if time weren't scarce.

A couple other nice ones I like are CurrencyTradingJobs.com, TopSingles.com, and VideoClassroom.com. Everyone's tastes are different though so go with your gut and don't be shy; tell me if I missed something....
