Available .org Domain Names

.org domain names.org domain names are a different type of animal. Org is short for organization and the domain extension's purpose is to represent a group with a common interest or purpose. The .org TLD is the domain extension of choice for foundations, charities, nonprofits, religious and cultural groups, social and civic organizations as well as legal and health services and other various clubs. The .org domain extension is generally used for noncommercial activity and is one of the most trusted TLDs on the Internet.

For years I've limited my domain availability searches to the .com extension. Recently I started working .net domains into the lists and I plan on occasionally posting lists of available .org, .info and .us domains. This is the first post for available .org domain names. It takes time to build these lists so I'd appreciate your feedback on whether you find any value in the alternative extension lists.

The following .org domain names were available for registration at the time of this post.

Don’t waiste your time with .org, I don’t see any names except CelebrityCharity.org that worth reg even if some other .org listed are great keywords but don’t match the .org Also I didn’t reg the celibrity one because I don’t see how to make money with adsense less than 0.20 PPC and don’t think any one will buy as the dot com is parked for long time. Other tld are taken by same owner. Also no archive from past established website.

“Don’t waste your time with.org” coming from .tel investor, haha!

  5. Jon says:

I can’t think of a situation where I would register a .org on spec. Maybe in a topic that I am already building, but the chance of one of those showing up in your lists seems pretty slim.

Got to love a .tel domainer talking about .org. Jon ever look at DN Journal and see how many .orgs sell every week ?

  7. Marty says:

Keep up with the .org lists! I have plenty of .org domains that do real well for me. People that say they are a waste do not know how to develop them.

  8. Helge says:

    Hi!

Great list, I just bought the strategicinnovation.org, mostly because I want to post notes and stuff from my innovation education. Have a great day!
