I've had my hands full lately with a new family addition, an energetic puppy that we brought home from the rescue shelter. Sammie is her name and she's causing a serious disturbance in my work routine. She's a great dog though and we're having a lot of fun with her. I'd post a picture but my camera is on the fritz.
A nice keyword domain with monetization potential is currently up for auction on Ebay. At the time of this post, RentalHomes.com is currently sitting at $13,000 but hasn't met the reserve price yet.

Cool name - lots of search and potential. But when I looked it up without using your link, it showed a BIN price of 1.2 MIL!
It’s a mid xx,xxx name, so I wonder what their reserve really is? It seems like some people just ‘test the waters’ with these sometimes to see what the market wil pay.
I personally wouldn’t pay more than about 20-25K for this, but I’m cheap! Lot’s of good names out there!!
I’m aware of ebay domain auction specially when they have bidder privacy features, there are lot of fake bids, I don’t say that Rentalhomes.com have fake bids but can see some auction with it.
